Disappointing and deceptive

I was excited to learn that Panda Express was implementing a rewards program but Ive now made two purchases - one online and one in-store and NEITHER have shown up on my rewards account. The App also requires a separate sign-in for placing orders online, which it should just be a single sign-in for all functionality.
