Looks like it hasnt been updated in years (youll see what I mean when you download it). Needs wallet support and a complete overhaul.

Could not use zip code to locate the restaurant even tho I was right there. Only has "ordering" -- but not intuitive at all. Worthless. Very buggy. Its a shame: Pandas food is one of our favorite fast food treats- I wish the app supported their mission!

Ive been an app developer for 30 years. When a big company releases an app that doesnt allow you to place an order because the UI doesnt allow you to enter your state—heads should roll.

Do not waste your time. Worst app ever created for a restaurant.

Im sitting in the store, and it wont let me order. Lol. Epic fail.

Developer needs to study Math

This app was designed by monkeys! So poorly designed, its faster to drive and place your order at Panda. Trying to order a family feast with one full order of chow mein and half orders of rice and mixed veggies is impossible. So why offer half orders if it doesnt work? Now thats just their app, most the time their food is over cooked and I wouldnt feed it to my dog! I just wish we had a decent place for real Chinese food instead of this Americanized garbage.

What a thoroughly horrible, non-functional app. A total waste of time and effort. I hope the designers (if any) werent paid for this.

After the initial pain of signing up, it was very simple to order and pick up

I was on my way to panda express so I called them and said can I please place an order for pick up over the phone and they said no you must install the app or order online. The app will not allow me to create a user because it didnt let me choose a state that I live in to complete my profile therefore I went to a regular Chinese restaurant to get food

No excuse for poor app. Tried to submit an order with it and cant select state so it wont take my payment.

Yeah the app is free. Because they wont let you see the funking menu. What a waste. Now Ill never try their stores because if this

It wont let you sing in so you have to continue as a guest. Then when you try to check out the form is full of bugs. Useless just going on the website and order. I wish you could give 0 stars.

I hate this app. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to log on and get to the ordering screen. Needs to store log in information. Favorite orders are not easily saved or accessible. Changing credit cards after an order has started is a glitch. Checkout needs to be simplified. Too many choices and not enough defaults. If it were not for my daughter wanting the fried rice once a week, I would stop eating there just out of principal for such a poor app.

It would be nice if it actually worked. When you go to add a credit card to pay for your order, you cannot select a state. Makes it hard to pay if you cant enter your address for your credit card.

Tried to order for two people, only works if having identical meals. Only other option is second person is sent a web link with limits imposed on the order.

The navigation is poor on this app and responds too slowly when not on WiFi. In order to place order a Credit Card is required. There is no option if you want to pay cash when when picking up your order. This is not reveled until you have gone through all the painful navigation and are finally at the end of the order process. Full Panda Express web site allows this, Im not sure why their app doesnt have at least similar support as their web site. Needs a lot of work. I am uninstalling app until improvements are made in future versions.

This update locks up on mid update. I cant delete the app. I cant get it to finish uploading. It just locks up in mid download. If you cant avoid the app, avoid this update.

Glitchy, you cant use gift cards on this.
