Was this app written by 3rd graders? It has no memory of login. Every different page seems to forget who I am. Constant errors, wasted almost an hour trying to place an order before giving up and eating elsewhere

I didnt order anything but it took out 130 from my card. The order and evidence of the transaction disappeared.

What a piece of junk. I was happy to see that Panda had an app an a free set of springrolls but when I signed up it doesnt recognize me and I have yet been able to redeem my free item for signing up best to stay far away from this app.

This app is terrible. Maybe it works if you only need to order one plate? Like a lot of people I have kids and need to order more than one. Apparently thats a foreign concept to Panda. Weird.

With all the negative reviews I became a skeptic too right off the bat. However, I didnt have any problems navigating through the app. What the heck are people complaining about LOL??? Ordering was simple, adding additional plates was simple too. I was just trying out the app so I didnt actually submit my order, but I made it to the final screen to pay without any issues. My only two suggestions would be to be able to use Touch ID to login and most importantly to utilize Apple Pay in addition to using a credit card. UPDATE Tried using the app today to order my meal. Got all the way to checkout only to have my card declined after trying 3 times. Theres more than enough money on my card so Im not sure whats happening here. Disappointing. After the card was declined the app froze up on me. Yeah, looks like the app needs work.

I receive an error that Im not connected to the Internet whenever the app loads, and then it just freezes and doesnt do anything else. Clearly this app is in need of improvements if you cannot even get into it.

I failed to read the reviews before downloading the app simply because I assumed with this being a large corporation that the app would be flawless. Well, was I incredibly wrong. Immediately after I tried opening the app, an error message popped up saying that I needed to be connected to the Internet in order to use the app. I turned my wifi off thinking that maybe my end was being weird, but I still got the same error multiple times even on LTE. Looks like Ill be ordering elsewhere unless the app developers can get their acts together.

No way to order because it will not let you enter a state. The drop down list is empty and you cant proceed. Tried creating an account and also tried ordering as a guest. Total waste of time.

Just downloaded the app and used it for the first time. The store had problems finding my order. Tried logging back in at least a half a dozen times and for some reason it wont let me log back in with info I used to create the account. I have just deleted the app and will not be downloading it again.

I downloaded the app, want to order for a certain pick up time. When I check the specific time, the app doesnt let me pick a time. The times are all very faint and wont allow me to choose. Real nice app. Doesnt work. Boo

Worst "online ordering" app experience of any Ive used. Ive used this app at least half a dozen times or more and each occasion is wrought with any number of issues. In addition, most of these orders havent been started despite arriving 5-10 minutes after the app says itll be ready. If thats the case, why wouldnt I just stand in line and get the food faster? #smh

The app is the worst is ever seen

You try to sign in to order and you get denied even though you know you entered everything correctly. Oh, I see. I need to click "order online" then sign in from a box at the bottom of the page after it forces me to search for a location. Then you sign in and try to order for next available time, all looks good with an approximate 20 minute pick up time. Then you get to check out and the pickup time has been changed to 10:15 am the next morning. Sorry, not interested in waiting 15 hours to pick up dinner. What a waste. Too bad for Panda there are plenty of other options for dinner, and they keep losing $$ because of this app.

Worst app ever. Do not waste you time downloading. App is not intuitive or logical at all. When placing the order it prompted for credit card and confirmation over and over. Each time it asked for delays in time. One family order was considered too big and they need an additional 45 minutes. Went in and ordered in person and did not need to wait.

Cant enter a State for my credit card billing info. So the app cant be used for anything.

Dunno about the rest, but the nutrition calc works great. One of the best restaurant driven calcs Ive seen, allowing for customization/build your own order rather than just a printed sheet showing full size portion for each entree

Love that Orange Chicken, too bad about the app! Never did get through the registration process!

The app is slow, I did get and order thru but the buttons didnt work every time I had to keep tapping them and by the 3rd or 4th time it finally worked. It took me about 5-6 mins to get the app to work. As long as it took me to use the app to order I could have stood in line and got my food faster.

I cannot enter my state in order to register my account, so this app is worthless. Please revise this app so we can use it.

It took 15 minutes of trying to figure out this app before deciding to delete it and endure the wait in line
