Panda Express App Reviews

I was excited to learn that Panda Express was implementing a rewards program but Ive now made two purchases - one online and one in-store and NEITHER have shown up on my rewards account. The App also requires a separate sign-in for placing orders online, which it should just be a single sign-in for all functionality.

Crashes constantly. Pretty much unusable.

Not working well, bad gui, slow, states not coming out right, useless

Well lets see. I tried my order 3 times and each time the app closed itself. Wont let you pay cash in store. Why have an app went just do the same thing on the website ugh... Not worth the memory on your phone

This was the worst experience Ive had trying to order online. I gave up and decided to eat elsewhere.

Interface is confusing and cludgy. Does not support Apple Pay meaning everyone I order I need to re enter my CC info or Trust Panda Express Corp with saving my card info without losing it to hackers... No thank you.

Couldnt get anything done on the app. Waste of my time.

Ok first of all, wont save my username and password, every time I close and open app I have to login again, 2nd make it Touch ID compatible

Takes forever to setup an account and if you can even. It kept saying I already have an account and wouldnt work past that. Even guest account didnt work. Gave up and just ordered in store. Super lame that the store wont honor web promo codes either. Dont waste your time. Also, theres no option to pay cash in store. Chipotle and Wingstop does and their apps totally work. This app stinks.

Dont bother using this app to place an order. You can drive to Panda Express in less time than it takes to get the app to process your order. Deleting the app right now.

App works just fine, but no unsweetened Iced Tea available for a beverage? They even have their own ChinaMist flavor.

Whoever wrote this app should be fired. Poor navigation, it doesnt remember you, adding multiple plates appears impossible. This is probably the worst online ordering app Ive ever seen. We just gave up and ordered from the Five Guys app instead, which works great. And we wont be hungry in an hour.

Poor navigation. Tried to use a promo code which did not allow. App freezes. Do not use.

I used the Panda Express app to place an order, selecting the preferred location and was even able to use a valid promo code. Very straight forward.

Nothing works. I spent 30 minutes re-entering my credit card info because there were constant errors. I thought maybe I was entering it incorrectly, nope. Dont waste your time. I barely started eating panda again, and now I think Ill refrain again. Good bye panda, work on making your customers happy by making apps that actually work rather than waste my time. Use Starbucks and chipotle apps as reference. Pathetic.

This app is for nothing to use. Total waste of time.

Not sure why everyone else is having problems. This app works perfect for me. The line at my local panda is always ridiculously long because there is no drive thru. If you dont order ahead you could easily be waiting 30 minutes on any given day to get your order. Paying in cash would be nice but I understand why they make us use cards otherwise people could just place orders and never show up. Overall never had a problem with an online order.

I dont get all the negativity, I used it just fine. Yes, it could use some improvements, but no app is ever perfect on its first stage. Most of the negative reviews are because the users dont know how to use the app. And yes its credit card only, so kids ask your mother.

Panda Express cant even get the authentication step right. Ugh.
